The client was relocating from downtown to a brand new building in the West Loop. They were thrilled to move from a multi-floor buildout to a single floor. The space planning successfully brought all private offices off the building perimeter and offered natural light to as many employees as possible. The finishes of the space were fresh, clean, and reminiscent of West Loop architecture.
