SRAM tasked us with expanding their HQ at 1K Fulton in a quick turnaround time. Strategic solutions such as reuse of ancillary furnishings, appliances and Pantry millwork, as well as thoughtful application of ceiling paint, ensured the project would stay within budget and complete within the project schedule. From start of demolition to client turnover, construction was completed in 6 weeks.
